Spending Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff were attentive and made us feel special by going above and beyond. The onsen was a highlight of our stay, featuring both indoor and outdoor options. The location was convenient, with covered parking available and easy access to major roadways. We enjoyed the traditional Japanese-style housing and the warm hospitality of the staff.
While the hotel itself was fantastic, the location was a bit challenging to find as it was not yet registered on our GPS. , the food was a little basic and lacked variety, but it was still tasty and well-prepared.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the rooms were well-equipped with modern technology and had a touch of traditional Japanese heritage. the onsen baths were a highlight, with both indoor and outdoor options available. the staff even provided personal dining companions and were always willing to assist with any request.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful experience, taking care of all our needs and even accompanying us for dinner. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful indoor and outdoor onsen that we had all to ourselves. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and we appreciated the modern technology combined with traditional Japanese design. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and plenty of parking available. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, adding to our overall enjoyment of our stay.

I enjoyed the private, indoor and outdoor hot springs that were available. the hotel is located close to the expressway and a Skyway which was great for a lovely drive.
Limited food options, small rooms Unfortunately, the food options were limited during Xmas at the hotel. I also found that the rooms were quite small and cramped.
